Are you already a member? Then you can make an even bigger difference: support our next big step by purchasing additional shares or buying shopping vouchers.

We’d like to recruit 300 new active members who share our vision and help bring it to life, and who will work with us to set up our new premises on Müllerstraße. As a community, we need to raise a total of €50,000 for this.

Every new member, every additional share, every funding contribution and every voucher brings us a step closer to this goal.

Would you like to get involved with SuperCoop? Great! Then come along to one of our welcome meetings. We’ll tell you more about working in the supermarket and our co-operative. And, of course, we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

If, after attending the welcome meeting, you decide to become a member, it’s really simple: just fill in a membership application form and purchase a share in SuperCoop worth 100 euros. There’s also a one-off fee of 10 euros. As soon as you’re a member, you can sign up for a shift and start working in the supermarket.

Add funds to your member card

You can do this at the checkout in the supermarket. This helps us save on transaction costs and prepare for times where sales are slow.

Buy more shares

Buying more shares will give us more financial stability, and you can buy as many as you like!
Please note that you will still only have one vote when the cooperative makes communal decisions.

Give a subordinate loan

By giving SuperCoop a subordinate loan, you lend us money over a period of 5 or 8 years respectively. During this time, the loan will increase at a fixed interest rate.

If you’re unsure about joining SuperCoop as an active member, why not become an investing member? That means buying one or more shares in the cooperative to support us financially.

As an investing member, you are not required to work any shifts, but you are also not allowed to shop at the supermarket. If you change your mind, you can switch to an active membership at any time. All you need to do is email the Member Office (Mitgliederbüro).

Help us share our vision with the world and spread the word about SuperCoop! We can provide you with copy, posters and leaflets.

Remember: You are always welcome to do a one-time trial purchase or come to one of our Open Days (held on the first Saturday of every month). We regularly hold Welcome Sessions for anyone who is interested in learning more about SuperCoop.
